SVE Blower w/Heat Exchanger

Soil-Vapor-Extraction (SVE) Systems.  Complete blower packages for drawing soil-vapor at vacuums up to 15” Hg.  Systems include heavy duty skid, electrical controls (PLC or relay based), water knockout with level switches, automatic knockout evacuation pump, positive displacement blower (we use Dresser Roots), TEFC motor, belt drive or direct Variable Frequency Drive, discharge silencer, hand air bleed valve, and more.  Many options available include Variable Frequency Drives, oversized water knockouts, GAC vacuum side quick connects, discharge air:air heat exchanger, Skid or Mobile Enclosures, and more. We can build these systems at your requirements from 50 to 5000 scfm

Multi-Phase Extraction (MPE) Systems.  Complete packages for drawing vapors and groundwater at vacuums up to 28” Hg. These packaged systems include an oil-sealed liquid ring blower from a major supplier with SOIL-THERM water knockout with level switches, powerful high vacuum pump for water removal at high vacuum, PLC or relay based controls, and numerous options available.  From 50 - 2000 cfm.

Open Trailer SVE Blower Systems.  Inexpensive, quick, powerful, and mobile.  Great for pilot testing.   System includes water knockout, inline filter, air dilution and well vapor valves, p-d blower with noise enclosure, electrical disconnect and simple controls.


1500 scfm Enclosed Blower System.  The ultimate in discrete SVE operation. System includes 50 hp Roots 718 blower, 100 gallon water knockout, air cooling heat exchanger, PLC controls, internal temperature control air conditioner, PID online monitor, and numerous safety interlocks.  All mounted within an 8’ x 14’ locking enclosure.

MODEL #M220-14: These SVE blower systems are complete and ready to roll! We’ve been told these systems are the most powerful portable extraction systems on wheels! Only 3-ft x 3-ft, they provide superior performance for SVE or Dual-Phase Extraction and have all stainless ko & piping too. You can take off the wheels and install it at your site - - or roll it up to the bed of your pickup truck for the next site.  Great for pilot testing too!

Standard Features: Aluminum 3-ft x 3-ft skid, 4-wheels, 3-stage regenerative blower for 220 cfm, to 14” Hg vacuums, stainless steel water knockout with 1/2 hp automatic pump with HOA switch, site glass, stainless steel vapor piping, Nema 4 control box with disconnect, well vapor valve, dilution air valve, vacuum side GAC hookups, pressure side GAC hookup, vacuum relief valve, and 30-ft of electrical cord.  Simple to operate controls.
