SOIL-THERM Mini-THERM systems are capable of fitting in the tightest locations, are simple to operate, low operating costs, and our Jet-THERM burner completely outperforms all the others!
Mounted on a small 5’ x 5’ skid assembly, the Mini-THERM is able to process up to 400 scfm flows, operate at up to 1700F, and operate in thermal or catalytic mode. Other options include: water knockout auto- pump, data logger, telemetry, and more. A great value!
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Each Mini-THERM system includes the following: SOIL-THERM Model 2002 Jet-THERM burner & oxidizer, 40 gallon water knockout, particulate filter, dilution air valve, well vapor valve, vacuum relief valve, positive displacement blower, TEFC motor, belt drive, blower/motor enclosure, discharge silencer, Nema 4 electrical box & controls, flame arrestor, PLC with digital display, first out message display, UV flame safeguard system, propane/natural gas Gas Train, temperature controllers, chart recorder, and combustion blower.

Mini-THERM in Action! This Mini-Therm system is installed in Southern California - -currently operating in catalytic mode. This system has been designed for 400 scfm SVE flows with vacuums up to 14” Hg. Super quiet and very small - - this large impound was originally designed for a competitor’s huge-sized machine that operates at a lower flow-rate. Mini-Therm uses only 1/4th a parking space, and its very quiet!
Features include: Locking window display housing, digital chart recorder, blower/motor enclosure, PLC controls, and digital message displays. Superior performance at a lower price!
