SOIL-THERM has been providing high performance thermal & catalytic oxidizers since 1990. These systems can include skid mounted, open trailer, enclosed trailer, and enclosed skid mounted SVE & Dual-Phase Extraction systems. 1000 scfm Thermal/Catlytic Oxidizer

Complete SVE, 700 scfm, air sparge, cat-ox system, heat exchanger,  w/PLC controls.

An 8-ft x 15-ft locking enclosure  houses a 75 hp 1000 cfm rated oil-sealed liquid ring blower with SOIL-THERM oxidizer, water knockout with auto pump, main electrical controls and PLC.

Integrated Multi-Phase Extraction Thermal Systems.  SOIL-THERM is experienced in providing multi-blower systems for the extraction of groundwater and soil-vapors with destruction by a single oxidizer system. The systems above are both located near Charnock, Santa Monica, CA and have removed over 40,000 pounds of gasoline VOC’s, benzene, and MTBE over just the first 4 months continuous operation. PLC controls, numerous interlocks, and super energy efficient SOIL-THERM Jet-THERM burner achieves >99.999% destruction efficiencies putting the other ‘Conventional Oxidizer’ systems to shame.



Large Multi-Phase Extraction Thermal Systems

Santa Monica, CA

A SOIL-THERM Mini-Therm converted for exhausting and destroying paint vapor emissions causing odor complaints.  Rated for 400 cfm and using a centrifugal blower, this system is capable of operating in very small spaces for industrial applications.

This SOIL-THERM Compact-Therm integrated system includes a heat exchanger, catalyst module, and Multi-Phase Extraction capability with an oil-sealed liquid ring pump.  The controls also enable switching between two blowers - - the oil sealed liquid ring for vacuums to 28” Hg, or the positive displacement blower with 20 hp motor for SVE operation to 14” Hg. A powerful system for the whole range of SVE and MPE applications.
