STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Each Micro-Therm Standard system comes with the Award Winning Jet-Therm combustion burner system with 220 cfm regenerative blower with 8.5 hp motor. These systems include all the deluxe features of our other systems including stainless steel vapor piping, stainless steel water knockout, PLC, digital message display, digital chart recorder, total flow transmitter, thermocouples, temperature controllers, numerous safety interlocks, gas train, water knockout with high level alarm, and high performance regenerative blowers and more.
OPTIONS
Heat Exchanger: The heat exchanger module is easily installed for catalytic operation reducing fuel operating costs by 50%.
Catalyst: The catalyst module includes a platinum metal group type catalyst and can process from 30-40% LEL influent concentrations with the Jet-Therm burner (compared to the others being able to process 20-25% LEL!).
Instrumentation & Controls: Additional options can include LEL & Oxygen monitors, low temp air purge, autodialers & more!
Dual-Phase Extraction Blower: Upgrade your Micro-THERM to an oil-less 11.5 hp, 20” Hg blower ready for either Dual-Phase or SVE operations! Fits on standard Micro-THERM frame!

We’ve been told that we can do the impossible - - and I think we just might have this time! SOIL-THERM has mounted a full-size Micro-THERM SVE system in the back of a full-size pickup truck, along with 15kW propane generator, 50 gallons propane, and still had enough room for tools and other stuff. We tested this system, and found the following performance features (your results may vary):

SVE Thermal/Catalytic Oxidizer
300 scfm! More Powerful Than Systems Five Times Its Size ! The new Micro-Therm systems provide performance and operating capabilities never seen before in such a small package. In only 12-square feet, the Micro-Therm is capable of processing 300 cfm (thats 25 cfm per ft2 of skid space!!) in thermal or catalytic mode at influent concentrations to 40% LEL and VOC destruction efficiencies >99%.
Each system includes: All stainless steel Jet-Therm burner with ceramic lined oxidizer, 4-ft x 3-ft skid, high vacuum dual stage regenerative blower, stainless vapor piping, stainless water knockout, high level switches, Nema 4 Control Panel, PLC controls and digital display, digital chart recorder, and UV flame safety.
